DesignBundles-Free Design Resources

Graphic packs, illustrations, icons, fonts and templates, templates… the list goes on. With DesignBundles you’re able to save a ton of cash when it comes to buying design elements. Things are pretty easy-going here, all you need to do is register for a free account and download what bits and pieces you may find of use for your own creative projects! Not only is it super affordable but also at DesignBundles you’ll get to download all the graphics you want – most of them are in fact even completely free to use commercially too!

Ionicons-Open source icons

Having a decent set of icons at your disposal is great for most projects but lucky for you, Ionicons have all the good stuff. Made by the Ionic Team, their purpose is to make beautiful components that come in every flavor needed for your next web or mobile project. They consist of a sizeable collection of app icons plus a good helping of logos as well. They’re completely open source and MIT licensed and come in SVG format so you can be sure they will scale nicely.

Humaaans illustrations design library

Flat and funky illustrated figures are a current design trend that’s not going away, and the perfect way to liven up all manner of designs. And while you could draw your own, find stock art or commission a custom set of illustrations, here’s a much easier solution. Humaaans‘ ready-made collection of illustrated figures lets you mix and match them, and rotate and position their elements any way you like.

BeFonts-Free Fonts for Designers

As we know, there are many ways to find free fonts. But personally I haven’t seen one that is as such as BeFonts. BeFonts features a stack of great-looking fonts for all applications, from basic serifs and sans-serifs through to more decorative display and script fonts, as well as far-out symbols creating retro-like or unexpected surprises. All these free and easy download fonts in 5 categories can be used without any commercial restrictions on your personal or even commercial projects.

TheHungryJPEGFree Graphic Design Resources

It’s hard to find free design resources that you can actually use within your product development process. One company is breaking from this trend by offering free downloadable elements that are high quality and offer a variety of choices with a commercial license attached to them too!

FreeDesignResources-Daily Freebies for Creatives

This one does exactly what it says on the tin. FreeDesignResources provides an online collection of free design resources including icons, fonts, templates, and even UI kits—most appear to be for personal use only, but if you hunt around you’ll find a few free goodies that can be put to commercial use.

HueSnap-Create beautiful color palettes

Finding the right color for your next project can make you pull your hair out, but thankfully there are sites and resources that make it easy to find ones that are pleasing to the eye. HueSnap lets you do this visually through a colour picker or by uploading an image and finding colors to use from that source as well as having access to their community palettes for designing websites and apps.

FontPair-Free Google Font

Just as with painting, finding the perfect combination of complementary colours can be a time consuming process of trial and error. But FontPair helps you to quickly find exactly the type of pairing you are looking for because it organises fonts into natural pairings such as serif and sans-serif or display and script. Instead, you can see in-the-wild examples of many popular font pairings, and when you find the perfect mix all that’s left to do is click download!
